An adult male broke the slot machine of a dyer to get $5 in quarters, causing $100 worth of damage.

In the pre-dawn hours of Tuesday morning the 40-year-old man entered the laundry room of a residential building downtown Guelph to carry out the crime.
He was later arrested just past noon and charged with mischief, theft, breach of probation and failure to comply with a judicial release order.
He was held in custody with a bail hearing slated for Wednesday.
In an unrelated crime but also on Tuesday, a package was stolen sometime between 10:30 and 10:39 a.m. from the front porch of a residence located near the intersection of Pipe Street and Dufferin Street.
